RIGHT AND PERIOD OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, “the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, to the exception, where applicable, of return costs ”. If the order consists of several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period for all the products concerned by this order runs from the date of receipt of the last product.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Declic CBD of his intention to withdraw, before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period. REFUND AND RETURN

The Customer has an additional period of fourteen (14) days from the notification of his intention to withdraw to Declic CBD to return the products, at the expense and under the responsibility of the customer, by post to the 'following address:

also offers the Customer the possibility of opting for the free return of products at the address designated by the customer.

In this case, the carrier designated by Declic CBD will contact the Customer to agree on a date for picking up the products at the designated address within three (3) working days from the first taking of Customer contact with the carrier for the products concerned.

The Customer who opts for a free return of the products at home undertakes to make himself available on the dates offered to him by the carrier, so as not to excessively delay the return of the products. Declic CBD reserves the right to refuse to carry out such a recovery which would occur after the expiration of the legal period of fourteen (14) days from the notification by the customer of his decision to withdraw, on the condition that the expiration of this period without return is attributable to the Customer.

In any event, to be reimbursed, the products must be returned in their packaging still sealed / not having been opened, accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy of the invoice.

If Declic CBD cannot validly raise any objection, Declic CBD will reimburse the Customer for all sums paid for the returned products, including delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method offered by Declic CBD (" Follow-up Letter ”), using the same means of payment as that used by the Client for payment, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt by Declic CBD of the notification of withdrawal.

Declic CBD does not reimburse any additional costs incurred if the customer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the "Letter Tracking" delivery method offered and defined as such during the ordering process.

REFUND AND LOST / BLOCKED PACKAGE

9.1. Lost Package:

After 1 month, if you still have not received your package in Europe Declic CBD offers you a refund of up to 60% of your order. After 1 month, if you still have not received your parcel in France legal haze cbd offers you a refund of up to 60% of your order.

9.2. Blocked Parcel:

1 - Customs office: NOT APPLICABLE FRANCE PACKAGE DELIVERED OR 100% REFUNDED

If your package is blocked at customs, Declic CBD will not issue any refunds on the merchandise. Please note: Declic CBD cannot be held responsible if our products are not returned to you.

2 - Post Office:

If your package is blocked at the post office and the tracking number given by Declic CBD explicitly states "blocked", wait 1 month and refer to the "Lost Package" section.

9.3. Quality & amp; Seeds

If you find any seeds in Declic CBD products you are reimbursed 100% (without proof below 5g purchased). The legal haze cbd company reserves the right to cancel this 100% refund privilege in the event that someone abuses it.
